Please drop some words for the following questions about filing I-485/I-131/I-765. Thanks in advance!
1) What is A#? Is it the same as SEVIS # for F1 student?
2) For NIW cases that does not require employment, is the employment letter still required for I485 filing?
3) For I-131 AP application, Is Class of Admission the same as INS visa/status?
4) Is there any expense difference for One trip or More than one trip in I-131? If no difference, no one should check One trip. Right?
5) Any ideas about how to "explain how you qualify for an advance parole document and what circumstance warrant issuance of advance parole"?
6) For copy of passport, are those blank pages needed to copy?
