AOS Processing Fee Bill - why I can't duplicate or photocopy?

Does anyone knows why the Affidavit of Support (I-864) Processing Fee Bill cannot be duplicated and photocopied for record-keeping? I thought we're suppose to keep copies of all the documents and even receipts of payments. I just find it so weird that I cannot keep a record copy of this bill plus the fact that they won't accept personal checks, only cashier's checks or money order... untraceable...

In general, it should be okay to photocopy it for record keeping. I did not photocopy any of the fee bills, however I photocopied DS-3032 (which had barcode on it) and the barcode sheets for I864 and DS 230.
