Me and My wife and two sons got EAD, Finger Printing done & AP received before my Elder one completed 21 years.
My attorney asked to file F1 for him and COS got approved .
He got SSN Based on AOS EAD
He was studying in Maryland for last 7 years.
Is it necessary to file F1 for him and why.
(since I read in these forums that once you file for AOS, F1 is not valid)
Now what is his stats?
Can he not study and Work on I-485 EAD?
Can he qualify to get instate student tuition if he is on EAD at Maryland University?
please advice if any one has passed thru similar situations
