Hi All,
Kindly let me know if any of you has any information on the following:
For an individual with AOS pending, does BCIS verify whether the individual is still employed right before approval of the I485 petition ?
Have there been cases where an individual has lost his/her job but yet received approval from BCIS without verification of being currently employed at the time of approval.
OR
Is it that BCIS always sends RFE asking for employment verfication prior to approval ?
