AOS : Need help/guidance

Hi Guys,

I have not been a very regular visitor here, hence the questions

My wife is a citizen and I am on H1-B. We got married when she was still on GC and in April 2005 she became a citizen.

Based on some information I have gathered from this site, I am filing the following forms for Adjustment of Status ( All together):

1.I-130 (Petition for Alient relative)
2.I- 485 ( Permanent Residence or ADjust Status)
3.G-325A ( BIO Graphic Info )
4.I-765 ( Employment Authorization)
5.I-693 ( Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status)
6.I-131 (Application for Travel Document)
7.I-134 (affidavit of support)

Questions

1. Do I have to send the I-130 prior to sending everything else to seek approval and then file other forms or I can send all of the above forms as a single package.
2. In the -I-485 form, Part 2, do I fit into category 'b' ? ( Anyone answering this will have to look at the form, TY)
3. I have already gone through a Medical exam and the doctor has given me a sealed envelop, is that all I need from the I-693 perspective?
4. What are the documents that I should be filing for the forms ? Do I have to notarize each document ?
5. Am I missing any
More Questions;

1. How should I bundle the form + the pertinent relevant documents + photographs, paper pin ? staple ?
2. Is there a order to the forms when bundling them?
3. Personal cheques work, right ?

You should file I-864 rather than I-134

You can send all forms together as one package to the chicago lock box

Yours would be (a) as your wife is already a citizen now.

Only notarize I-864 (and I-864A if your are using your income)
