AOS- Medical Report Question

I entered the US under the K3 visa and will be adjusting my status soon. My question is. Do I still have to submit the I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status even though I had a medical examination done for the K3 ?

Does anyone know ?
