Hi,

my spouse won the 2006 DV. She holds a valid, never violated L-2 visa.
Can she apply for the AOS?

Sorry for the paranoid question. The USCIS answer was yes. But I learned that different USCIS representative can provide different answers. This forum expirience sometimes provide more correct information.
