AOS interview

I received an appointment letter for my adjustment of Status. They also sent me a lis tof required documents. Under which they that Medical Examination _693. I had already submitted this over 2 yrs ago for my I-485. Do I need to take another medical test?? Since the list looke dlike a general list. which also had fingerpint (which I've laso finished twice). I do nto want to take a chance.

Also, what type of questions do they ask. Is it good to have a lawyer??

i will try to answer your question, however i believe we need more information regarding this letter.....

what you are talking about i looks like form I 72; is a white page and it tells you a bounch of things.....so let me know if it is that form cause if it is what is needed is mark eithier with an ( X ) or a red check mark

one thing i must tell you medical exam are only good for a year i believe. Nevertheless interview letter are very expecific as to what you need to bring.....so please let me know more about this interview letter so i can advise you better.......



i am not an attorney nor a paralegal but i currently work for an attorney.........however he does not especialized on immigration but some of his pal are so i can always ask

I had filed for my i-485 2 yrs ago. Before which(less than a month) I took my medical exams and sent it along with the application.

This was the only thing I got along with my interview letter.
