Hi,

I have Adjustment of status interview in first week of Aug. and I don't have a copy of approved I-140 which was approved in April of this year.

My employer doesn't give it to me - in fact he did not even tell me that my I-140 has been approved.

What are the document I need to carry with me @ the time of interview and what do they ask.

I have heard some thing about bio-meterics but I don't know exactly what it is.

My FP was done in May 2004. and I have approved AP and EAD.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

For biometrics, they take your picture and your signature is digitally recorded along with the fingerprints of all 10 fingers.
