AOS interview on MArch 16 - Cincinnati, Ohio

Hello,
My interview is on March 16. I am in the process of gathering documentaion to take with me for the interview. I am listing the documents to take with me. Please let me know whether I am missing any of the docuemnts. Thanks.

1) Original Marriage Licence
2) Drivers Licence of both
3) Passports of both
4) Interview Notice and other receipts of the forms(incl. EAD)
5) Birth Certificates of both
6) Individual tax returns for year 2004, 2005 and joint return for 2006
7) Wedding photos and journals
8) Employment verification - Is it needed from both of our employers? I have already submitted for my wife.
9) Bank Statements -> Only recently I added her to my Bank Account. So I will have only one statement listing both our names. Is it ok to take only one month statement?
10) Apt. Lease information which are both our names
11) We are purchasing a home on both of our names and we should be getting the docs. before the inetrview. I am plannin gto take that as well..


Am I missing anything? Please help. I am slightly nervous as the time nearby. Thanks..

First of all good luck on your interview! And I wanted to let you know that my local office is Cincinnati too. I just posted my timeline today, would u mind sharing yours too?
 
Get life insurance with each other as beneficary... rest I think you have everything covered.
 
My time line-> I donot have my forms in front of me, the dates are not exact.

09/07/05 - Mailed all applications to Chicago DO
09/13/05 - Received Receipts
11/06/05-> Fingerprints Done
11/22/05 - Received EAD
01/10/06- AOS interview Notice
03/16/06- AOS Interview
 
For every originals, make copies !! Do you have a car insuramce policy on both names ? Proof of employment of both employers AND paystubs ! Her I-94 ! Good luck ! :)

Thanks Ema. I almost forgot the Pay stubs and CAr Insurance. I-94 is attached to my passport. Anyway, I will make copies of all of it. Can I use the employment verification letter that I used when I submitted the application forms or should we get something that is dated in March.
 
Hmm... If your pay rate changed, maybe it's better to provide a new proof of employment.

Thanks for the info! It's been 42 days since the RD for my I-765, so I guess I can't do anything now but wait.... I really need my EAD so I can get a driver's license in OH, I moved from another state and I can't get insurance in OH or register my car here until I get a license here. My insurance expires on march 30! If I don't get my EAD until then I won't be able to drive :(

Yes, get something that is dated in March. The officer in my case said that I should have brought something more up to date than what was submitted with the initial application.

Also, bring your H1B approval notice etc along with I94.
