aos interview...2/23/05 today

the officer was nice enough but the problem was my wife's prior marriage.

she applied before with prior husband but the ins officer refused to give her the gc

she now has to provide more evidence that the marriage wasn't a sham. in the interview today the officer focused only on that prior marriage.

at the same time she also had to get two more pictures for the gc and the officer took her i-94

it sounds to me like she's going to get it but she has to provide more evidence.

gurus please give me your thoughts on this
 
Man you have answered and helped everyone here. :) I feel obliged to help you but I don't know how? Only thing I can say is she really have to get as much evidance as she can to proove her previous marriage to be real. What exactly the officer said at the end?

he told us to prepare written statements, bring two more photos, bring copies of pictures showing shared life in current marriage and previous marriage.

Once we turn that in he said he will "fight for our case" to go through, whatever that means. We will get a final decision within 120 days.
