AOS Interview in Miami and no decision made???

My husband and I went yestrerday in Miami for AOS interwiev. We had all the pics (no big wedding) proof of our relationship as: we bought house together, life insurance, tax report, bills...
the officer told us, he is not responsible for the decision but his supervisor...
any suggestions???

I am the same situation I am so happy that you posted your experience. Our appt. was at 7:30 and the officer was a jung black girl. She even didn't ask my TAX, but cared about my previouys marriage. She was unprofessional and I gave her all docs and told us the same, the supervisor will decide.... We asked WHY? She adviced us because she is new and has no authority ... I think that is not fair! PLEASE keep in contact, so at least we will know if the other get something.
 
Same Problem

Hi, me and my husband went to the interview march 27th and we had the same problem. we got a letter from the officer stating "further review" and all he said was we'll get a letter from his supervisor!

we'll get a lawyer now, since our situation is unique and we have to plan ahead if it comes to second interview!!!

ewa what happened in your case i guess from your CP you must have been approved , how long after your Bios Code 3 did you get your AOS interview?
 
Have An Aos Interview In March 29,2007 In Maimi.the Only Thing I Worry About Is The Fact The Iam Not Working As Yet,and The Lease Is In My Wife And Her Mother Name. We Have All The Other Stuff That There Ask For.do Any One Think That This Will Be A Problem For Me.

No, but you'll most likely get deported for replying to a almost 1 year old thread when you could have just started a new one and not got a smart alek reply like this one.
