Hello, just looking for some opinions or advice. I was here out of status for a short period of time between having an f1 visa and getting married. I have my aos interview in august of 04, and took my fingerprints a week before. The reason I only took my fingerprints a week before is because my interview was originally scheduled for january of 05, and the interview got pushed forward to august. Of course at my interview the name check hadnt gone through yet, and I am still waiting for the aproval. I really need to be able to travel for work, and I am not able to until I get my passport stamp. I sent a letter to my congressman, and he cheked with the FBI and they said they are not able to speed anything up. I've heard of some people having to wait almost 2 years, and I really hope that doesn't happen to me.
