I am about to submitt all the forms for my husband's greencard. I have only one concern. For the Affidavit of Support, in 2009 I made just 10,500 for that year (was in school and only worked for 6 months of that year and was laid off) in 2010 and 2011 I made enough for the guidelines of the poverty level and my job now I make more than enough. Will the USCIS people overlook that one year? I was only 19/20 years old at the time. Or should I consider finding another sponser for my husband?
