Are there any folks here who have sent packages to Chicago in April? Is it still OK to send? From the signatures one can glean that three months from sending application to receiving a GC is an average time. Am I missing something?

I sent my package to Chicago on March 30. It got there on the 31st.
Based on previous experiences (DV-08 and 09) I would say that the average time to receive the GC is 3-4 months. However, there have been some cases where it has taken longer.
