Who ever sailing on this boat, Could you please advice your openion !!!

I got my I-140 approved. Due to the layoff threat I am thinking of change over to CP.

Do you recommand to go for this. I may have to go for Chennai. Hence AC 140 is ruled out.

How long I-824 approval takes ?
