AOS for K1 fiancee: Fprm I-693

Hello,

I came to the US on a K1-fiancee VISA and married my fiancee in US. I am now applying for Adjustment of Status.

I am confused about the medical examinationa nd vaccination form - I-693.

For my K1, I already did my Medical Examination and Vaccination in India. I also have a record of my Vaccination from India (one vaccine was not avaiable and hence I was not vaccinated for that one vaccine)

1. Do I need to redo the Medical Examination in US?
2. Can I just submit a Vaccination Supplement (as per instructions on I-485)? If so, where do I get this supplement and who fills this?

No (provided your medical isnt over 12 months old).

No- you need to have your DS-3025 (as filled out at your medical in your home country) transcribed onto the I-693 by a civil surgeon that has been listed by USCIS.
