Thank you in advance for reading my post.My father just got his greencard through my mother.She's a nurse so she petitioned immediate relative to follow to join.I am over 21 so I was not included.The thing is my father has 2 other children from outside his marriage to my mom.How can he petition them to come to the US if they are under 21 or over 21?These children were not included on his LPR application.
