hello,i have two question
1- im spouse of lpr we send form i864ez to nvc with tax return and we didn t send pay stubs and emp letter because they didn t listed them in the check list but after that we found it in instruction form so what should we do now wait until nvc request and send us email ?? will nvc complete case withaout this documents??
2-after sending this form i remember that im pregnant and my be i get my baby in my original country that will be after my case be completed so that form sponsore only one person my question is if i get born before my interview can i add the baby in a new petition should i submit another simple form i864 can nvc accept follow to join or they will ask me to fill i130 and wait for petition to be approuved??
