Folks:
I have applied paper based renewal EAD application on 12/11/2010 and today I received email for RFE. I have to wait for actual RFE document.
Questions:
1) How long usually takes to reach RFE document in main?
2) Current EAD is expiring on 3/25/2011, what are my chances to get EAD on time?
3) What are the general cause of RFE ?
4) Last week, I joined major US bank using AC21 provision and not sure how they will react if I don't have EAD on time.
5) If RFE is for FP, can I walkin to ASC for FP with RFE notice or have to get FP notice from USCIS? Any experience ?
I'm loosing sleep over it after reading blogs and horror stories from people whose EAD was delayed. I have faith in USCIS process however some of your experience might be helpful for peaceful next 5-10 days till i get actual RFE in hand
