AOS Details I recieved from my lawyer

I just received this from my Lawyer

"I just wanted to give you an update regarding your AOS application. I was
able to speak with an officer this morning regarding your case. I was
informed that your case is currently in the staging area that will be
routed to the officer to complete the adjudication process. Please note
that there was a brief period where CSC held off on all adjudication of
I-485 applications. However, they have resume that process.

As soon as I receive a final determination on your case, I will inform you.

Thank you for your continued patience."

RFE received and reply received by INS on 08/21/2002
 
So basically ur lawyer is telling you the lies the IIO told him.

Staging area means .. "Shelf". My app has been sitting on the shelf for around 1+ year now. About CSC having resumed .. thats a lie. When will they actually resume? No one knows.

Thats the total truth.

It is possible that the CSC has resumed processing! And if so you guys will be at the head of the line. If the above turns out to be half truths, we will find out very shortly. So let us remain positive on this note.
 
140, so far CSC hasn't resumed processing. But I am hopeful of the coming week. Oh Puhleez .. it's about time too !!!

Silly Man,

Staging area doesn't mean shelf... it means next to the shredder.

TSC is in the same boat as CSC. not sure why 2 are processing and 2 aren't.

I have just emailed my congressman about the delays.
