Hi All,

My company is based out in west coast and they have filed the application there. I recently got a project in East coast and now my Driver License is from east coast.

When filing I485, do I need to send the photocopy of Driver License and also How about the medical? For themedical, can I get it done from east coast or I have to go back to west for that?

Please Advise.

They do not need your driver license copy. It is not mandatory to have driver license in US. As a foreigner you have your passport as an ID.
They need your passport's copy.

Medical can be done anywhere by INS approved civil surgeon.

isingh786,

AIK, you can get your medical done anywhere as long as you goto USCIS certified physician.

They need, 2 photo identifications. Passport is definitely the one for many. Second one varies...Unexpired (as per my lawyer) Visa, Driving License.... So, I don't see a problem you being in east coast! The identification copies must be in color!

2 photo IDs are not needed for I-485. Birth certificate + passport is sufficient, along with evidence of legal status (visa and I-94).

But the I-485 needs two photographs.
