We (me and my USC husband) have filed my AOS more than one moth ago to Chicago Lockbox, case was rejected due to incorrect fee sent with the forms. The case was sent back to us with further instructions and, we never received it. We gave both addresses (mailing and physical) and seems that here was the mistake. In town we live in, usps do not deliver to physical addresses (thats where the package got sent back to us). Called immigration customer service, changed our address on case. Now we don't know what to do and for what to wait.
Anybody with similar situation?
Should we start anew with filling everything again or should we wait for our package to show up?
