my wife applied for her 485 AOS on June 8, 2006 and her biometrics were done on July5, 2006. I am in the Northern VA area (I believe DO is Washington DC).
Till date, we have not received any letter of interview. The status on uscis site does not update anything.
Meanwhile my wife has to travel to India in November and we were wondering if we get the advance parole applied for.
I applied for her AOS at Chicago. Is the AP applied for there as well.
I am a us citizen
Please advice about the timeline as well as the advance parole option
What about infopass? Can we check the status by getting an infopass appt?
Anyone from DC just got approved and has the timeline?
