  I have applied for my AOS and waiting for my EAD, AP. My visa stamping my passport has expired, but I have my visa extension with the new I-94. My question is, can i travel to India without the AP, and stay there till I get the AP, my company sending the AP to me in India and then I come here back to the US using the AP.

Strictly speaking, you must have AP in hand before you
leave the country. However, a few folks have posted
that they successfully returned to US using the parole
documents their relatives mailed to them when they were
outside the country. It would be your decision whether
you want to take the risk. If I were you, I\'d wait for
the parole before traveling.
