AOS, AP, I-94 - Help

I used my AP last time when i came from India.
INS officer stamp on 94 says "Paroled until Dec 28 2003 for AOS"

I got my 2nd AP now, also i have valid H1 approval.

Since date on my 94 is expiring soon, do i have to apply for new(or renewal) I-94?

Do i have to concern of anything, please help...

Did you apply for H1 after returning?
If you applied for H1 while in US, your new I-94 card must have come with the approval (lower portion).

What are you using for employment now? H1B or EAD?

If your status is parolee, and your I-485 application is still pending, you dont have to worry about anything, just that you'll need AP (if you dont have H1B stamp in your Passport) when you travel next time.
