AOS and Advance Parole

hi,

i am a dv 2006 winner, my number is as26xx

i would like to do AOS and ask for advance parole

does any body know when usually advance parole will be granted ?

is it after the interview or fingerprint ?

if i submit my paperwork to USCIS on october, when will i get the advance parole approved ?
