Need advice desperately. My I 140 in the EB 3 category was approved in Jan 07. I am currently in India and have the option to either make a mad dash back to the US to file for the 485 (current July 07) or take the consular processing route in Mumbai. After being a part of this process for almost 5 very long years, i just want to take the quickest most risk free route. Does anybody have experince with which process works the most effeciently in the current time frame?
