Hi everybody
I have 2 questions for you. My husband has been working for the past two years with a HB1 visa. Is he allowd to fill up form I134 and signed the affidavit of support for me or I need a third person? Second question I paid the $375 to KKC and have the receipt, do I need to pay the filling fee for for I485 in addition to that?. I am getting ready to send my package..wish me luck. Thanks to all

Hi Nahuel,

your question has ben asked before by other winners but here's the answer again:

1. The I-134 Affidavit of Support must be completed either by a US Citizen or a Permanent Resident. Read part one of the form.

2. For your AOS application follow the instruction on fee payment as indicated in the I-485. The payment will include Biometrics as well. So, yes, it is another payment, this time to Homeland Security (just read the instructions as given in the form for accurate details on form of payment, I used a money order.)
