I have been in the US on H1B visa for the past 3 years and a half. My visa was renewed once (and i got a second H1 on the passport), then transferred to a different company (so I got a third H1). I also have other older U.S. visas from previous trips.
I recently married a US citizen and I am preparing my i-485 AOS application via marriage. I have a question for fellow posters who have gone through the process already
Q.: The I-485 instructions indicate to submit copies of
passport visa pages only for visas issued within the
last year. Is this ok, or do they in fact want to see
all the US visa pages? What about the I-797 forms?
