anyway to know if your disqualified via photo?

I have a picture exactly the right size, DPI, Color and what not, you can see my whole face and upper shoulders clearly. The problem is my eyes and chin were just I would say half an inch lower than a correct photo, since i have large curly hair I made a mistake when taking the photo in the booth by lining my hair not just my head.
My photo is used for a drivers license and what not so I'm guessing it will be ok?

Dont think about it. It will be ok as my experience says. They are not so much strict about photo . Just make sure if u r easily identifiable and no digital touch r there.
