Anyone's case Assigned with Nov. ND

Curious anyone's case assigned to the Officer recently. Any idea how long it might take from here.

I'm waiting for the next JIT before I place a phone call ..but fuckin' CSC bastards wouldn't put out a JIT.

JIT is already passed my ND (11/09) but no way to get through the INS phone line. I am tired of redialing.

Talk with II officer, sending a fax, no response

My ND is 11/07/01. Called II, not assigning, "Why do not ask
your lawyer to send fax in". Then my lawyer sent it on Feb. 28,
no response. The lawyer sent a second level fax today after
10 bus. days have passed.

Reply" Now, you cannot send the second level fax until the
15 bus. days passing after the first level fax".

Hey RDGC,

I wouldn't fully trust the IIO when they say that your case was assigned and would just take it with a grain of salt...Unless they respond to your fax enquiry stating "case assigned"
