Hi,
My first EAD expried on August 1st. Fortunately I am still working
on my H1B (expires Dec 1st 2003)
I applied EAD renewal on May 27th and my receipt date is
EAC03181 (3rd JUne 2003).
BCIS issued RFE on Aug 21st - for evidence for establishing true name. The story is I noticed my last name spelled terribly wrong so I called BCIS for correction. Then they noticed my last name spelled differently in my 485 application. So they wanted me to produce documentary evidence for name correction.
RFE Replied and received by BCIS on Aug 27th. But till now they
haven't updated status on my case.
I am really frustrated. I have a RFE at every stage. Hope that
will not be the case with my 485.
