Havn't recieved one as of yet but It's a long weekend, Waiting to see the Mailbox on Tuesday.

Anyone gotten one yet? :eek:
 
Opening a second topic on DV 2009 winners is not going to speed up the delivery of the actual letter. Nor will it give you any new answers to that question. Nobody has gotten a letter yet, be patient.
 
I have not heard anybody geting the letter for 2009 yet. :-0
Have some patience and you will get it if you do have strong faith.
 
Guys, you better not to think about when will you receive the notification or the chance to win or everything about dv lottery.

Just thinking on something else, and go for your life just like usually.
And if you can, try to forget that you ever apply for dvlottery itself.

I remember almost 2 years ago, when I won the dvlottery :) (I'm the dv2007 winner), even at that time I 've forgot my self that I ever apply for dvlottery :eek:.

It's just my humble opinion.

I agree with sugar pie. It's OK to talk about getting a letter. Why would you enter a lottery and never fantasize about actually winning, wether it be a green card, millions of dollars or some other life-changing thing? Besides, the odds for walking away with the grand prize are much better than in any casino or state lottery. ;) Nothing wrong with being a little excited about the idea, just don't waste good opportunities in your own country.

I think the second part of the above sentence is just the point: Yes, you can imagine what could be if you win... but: it seems that in this forum there are many who COUNT on winning... and most of these are bound to be disappointed.
 
Got an NL for one of my friends. I submitted 5 entries in total at the same time.
Will my other friends and myself still have a chance of being selected?
