anyone with Two A files ?

My current I-485 case is hanging in mid air because I have two A files in the system , the DO has requested the other A file , from nebraska 5 months back but it has till this day not been transferred

has anybody been in a similar situation ??

call the customers service and if possible make n info pass in nebraska and travel down there,,, sometimes you have to takje the bulls by the horns to get the job done.
