My I140 is approved in TSC on Jan \'25th,but NVC did not still receive it.
After contacting INS lot of times.Ins finally contacted lawyer & asked to send all paperwork done for I140 to them & they told they will send immediately to NVC.Did anyone have this experience?And long did it it take for further process....

Its been an awfully long time.. If your consulate is not chennai, file a 824 and go for AC-140 asap. You can easily demonstrate hardship :-) If its chennai, I would at least start to get my 485 papers together. If this delay continues, file for AOS. Then even if NVC receives your 140 from TSC, you will be able to pursue both together for a while before you pick one for the final processing.

 Actually we thougth to start for 485 ..But TSC called lawyer & told that our 140 was approved in missori & it happened with cases approved in 140 during jan .So they told him to send all 140 papers & they will send immediately to NVC along with 140 approval receipt.We already waited this long....so we r thinking to wait till the end of this month...
 
Congrats NAG ... it must be a great relief for you ...

it should take you another 5 months to the interview date ... u can try to request NVC to speed up ur case ...

You will celebrate New Year with a GC !!! :)
