TSC has really made a big jump. But I am wondering about fellows with RD Jan/Feb and Mar 01. There were many. Is there anyone still waiting with those dates?
If you guys remember, in March 2001 all PD dates became current and there was a flood of AOS filers. I waited almost a year after I-140 approval to have my PD current. With that flood of applicants in pipeline, I am wondering how fast these current dates will move in TSC.
I have also noticed that in past 8 months, TSC is taking too much time for EAD, AP (let alone AOS). My AP is still not approved after 8 months even though the TSC said it would take 150 to 180 days. For AOS they had said 999 days but since these are now unrealistic, TSC has stopped claiming any dates. Instead, the wording is, “we will inform you whenever the case is approved". Now that "whenever", is some infinite time in future.
So if no one replies to this thread, I would assume that TSC is really processing Apr 01 cases.
