Anyone with RD 02/11/03 and pending 140?

Hi

Is there anyone with pending 140 approval with RD 02/11/03? They have posted the processing time for VSC 140 EB3 as Mar 22, 2003. Am I the only one left out? Mine is substitution case. Do such cases take longer time for evaluation / approval?

I do not believe you are alone. I am sure there are quite a few of our friends prior to Mar 22 waiting for approvals.
There is no "explaination" to the dates published or at least, none that I am aware of .. Hey, we cannot expect any "logic" from the "hardworking" folks at USCIS.

But, based on the published date, I think you have an opportunity to call the NSC 800 number and trigger some kind of query into your case.
