Anyone with ND of Feb 2000 or prior (EB2), still waiting for approval?

I am waiting for my I-485 approval. My details are as follows:

NSC, EB2, INDIA
PD 08/15/98
RD 02/02/00
ND 02/08/00
FP 12/28/00

LIN-00-090

Is anyone else out there with similar dates? With lot of Apr amd May 2000 cases getting approved, I wonder what\'s going on with my case, haven\'t talked to an IIO yet.

Your PD.
It bacame current only this month. So your file needs to be dug.
Call up an IIO, talk politely and ask him/her if hse/he cna help u. It will work

Call NSC. If they say it\'s with an officer or being assigned to an officer then you are luckcy. If they say it\'s pending then it\'s a problem. They are currently processing RDs for APR 2000 and May 2000. Any old files that were not digged will talke a long time. My RD is Nov 1999 EB2 still not yet assigned to an officer. I called a couple of times. The reply is it will take a couple more weeks. They can\'t do anything if your file is stuck out some where in one of their shelfs.

I do not know how NSC is processing I-485, because my case NSC, EB1, PD: 1/11/99, RD: 1/31/00, ND: 2/3/00, FP: 12/12/00 is still pending without even being assigned, while the I-485 filed after my RD are being processed.
