If you have worked before, working now or will be dealing with the DO in Charlotte, NC please post your Timeline or post a link where I can find one. I am totally confused, talking to some folks online from other DOs with cases similar to mine, really looks like people get the AOS interview letter in about 2 months and interview sceduled in about 3-4 months after the initial receipt date. When I check the processing dates it looks like I-485 for DO in Charlotte is back logged about 7.5 months (it is somewhat the case for the other DOs), however people are still getting interviews scheduled... So here is the question...does what factors determine how fast one get an interview? and secondly is there a chance the dates that are posted online are some sort of general case, however interview can be scheduled much ealier??? Please respond anyone with experience or knowledge of this matter!!!
