Anyone with Aug RD and case# like EAC02-04X-5XXXX

I noticed most August RD have case# between EAC02-01-5XXXX and EAC02-30-5XXXX. Mine is August case too but case# is EAC02-040-5XXXX, which is very unusual..

My observation is most latest approvals are between EAC02-01-5XXXX and EAC02-30-5XXXX and based on that my case won't approve soon, may take a month or so ..

Any one out there with August RD and case# like EAC02-4X-5XXXX ?
