If you look at my Signature you can see my Timeline, everything went alright until today. I recieved a 2nd Fingerprint Notice. Well I thought you have to redo them every 15 Month but after calling USCIS twice I found out it is every 12 Month.

Now my question is how badly will this delay for them to give me a Oath Ceremony Date ?

That is really strange. FP's are valid for 14 months I think I am still not sure why USCIS has asked you to go for a new set of prints.

I called twice and they both said that they are now valid 12 Month not 14 or 15. I took mine on 11-14-07 so it makes sense having to go almost exactly a year after it again.

That's weird. I took my prints on 11/14 of last year also and my interview was scheduled on 11/26 which is 1 yr + 12 days and I wasnt asked to take any FP's again.

I don't know. I thought you and I had the same Timeline. Maybe your's fell through the cracks. I don't know.
I ask them on the phone ... 2 different people, 2 different times why they sent me a second Fingerprinting (playing stupid since it says on the letter my old one has expired) and she said there are only 2 reasons they ask for second Fingerprinting.
1. Fingerprints can not be read and you have to go back.
2. Fingerprints are older than 12 Month

Oh well .... my journey continues.

Latest bulletins say "Average processing" time for Citizenship is now 16-18 months!!!So, pretty much everyone is guaranteed to do FP twice then!??

Looks like it. Both Lady's I talked to today seemed to read of something because they both the exact same thing at one point. You know how you can tell someone is reading of a paper or something like advertising or whatever.
Anyway ... when I go there on the 7th of Dec. I will ask them also and post it on here to get more clarification.

No BUT a 4 Hour Roundtrip. I am 2 hours away from the KC Office and that is where I have to go which is so strange because for my first Fingerprinting I had to go to Wichita which is 2 hours west of me and KC is 2 hours east of me, lol.
I think that is one of the reasons why I am so frustrated. I have to go 2 hours, then gas for Fingerprinting and ontop of it I am soooooo close I can smell it you know what I mean ?
I got that Letter today and my hands were shaking because I thought it was my Oath Letter but obviously it wasn't.
Slapped in the face again, lol.

I don't think you should be worried about anything because of this 2nd fingerprinting. Normally fingerprints are good for 15 months, but immigration officer can request another fingerprint-clearance as it may deem appropriate to the officer at the time of finalizing a case. It's the discretion of the officer as provided in the law. However, most officers don't request 2nd Fingerprinting-clearance if the first one is still under 15 months timeframe.

Just hope and pray that you don't get trapped in Name Check game because anyone can get trapped in it regardless of their fingerprints were cleared before. It could also be possible that you might soon get Oath notice in the mail because USCIS is notoriously known for making such a mistake. For example, I've often witnessed over here in the past that many people received another Oath letter AFTER many months later of them being a US citizen. So, just don't worry about it. Besides, you don't have any other choice at this point than just doing what they are asking you.

Good luck....
