Anyone with 2000 or Jan 2001 application pending??

Is your RN form January 2001? Couples months ago we made a research in the forum and the oldest one at that time was March 2001.

No! The oldset case pending in this forum are from 2000. Actually there are 2 such cases in this forum

No I am July 2001 case. Thanks for the oldest case info (March 2001). I was just wondering if there is anyone with Jan 2001 or 2000 date. TSC says Jan 23, 2001 cases have been approved, then theoretically there should be no one pending with Jan 2001 or 2000 dates. :)
 
I ask myself the same thing if no cases from Jan - Feb are pending then why donot TSC move the processing date further.

But another fact make me doubt is -If there are 120 approvals in October month at least 15-20 should have reported good news on the board, but we donot see that. I strongly feel these approvals must be for non Indian nationals.( Is there any quota system based on country?)

These 120 approvals are not going in sequence ( chronological order of receipt date) Does it mean that our files are yet to be physically located from godown. 120 approved cases indicate those lucky applications whose files made to officers table and got approved.

If you see little ahead and behind of your receipt No. many have been approved within 8-12 months from our receipt date then why we were left out.

TSC is not even pulling those cases whose finger prints are going to expire very soon.

When all these questions circle our mind TSC goes on adding 3 more months of extra processing time.

God let some miracle light fall on our files which are covered with holy dust of TSC. Get them soon on some officers table and give us salvation.

Statistical error.

Surya13, your reasoning is true if we assume that a majority of the 485 petitioners in this area of the country log onto immigrationportal.com. I would assume that 5 per cent or less of all the petitioners log on and less than 30 percent of these are active participants which is why none of the active forum members appear to be getting approved.
 
Should we take actions to get all on board

What I mean is we can spread the word of mouth to let everyone in thie circle to encourage the 485 applicants on board here. Then we will have better statistics to check.

I also have a hunch that the approvals are somewhat country based.
 
April 2001 cases

Some known cases VKalya and XKhan were few of the cases, I remember from April 01. Are these cases approved?
Several lucky one's from May 01 got approved last month. Nothing for last one week or so.
 
Remember the Strike by Mail Office Workers at TSC??

Remember there was strike at Mail Office at TSC in 2001. If I am not mistaken, the strike period was between April 2001 and Oct 2001, and most of the randomness is for those cases only.:(
 
Oh no! did you read what happened to takeanumber. They lost his file. Today we just suspected something like this for all our files now I believe all applicants from april 01 - Oct 01 might face similar situation. For randomness I donot find any other reason than missing files.

Now what we can do to know about our files? Following e.g of 3 cases of 3rd April 01 explains it better.

src-01-139-550?? - Rfe answer received 12/12/02 not
approved till date .
src-01-139-550?? - Approved on 04/04/03 ( because file was
found)

src-01-139-????? - so many more waiting ( Do not know where
the files are?)

God help all of us. If really something like this has taken place let us know as soon as possible. Also bless takeanumber for his further adventure in getting his approval.
