Anyone who is told by AVM that his/her receipt # can\'t be found?

Hi,

My lawyer gave me the receipt # for 485, AP and EAD two weeks ago, but I was told by AVM of CSC that none of them can be found.
Anybody met the same problem before and how to deal with it? Thanks a lot.

My case#(also my wife\'s case#) for 485 is also is not found in AVM( I checked it today). our notice date for 485/ead/ap is 1/22/01. We got AP approved and receipved in last week of Feb. We got finger print appointment letter in the last week of Feb and FP taken on 3/3/01. Also AVM says our EADs got approved on 3/7/01 and they ordered for the card. We have not received the cards yet.

I don\'t know why AVM says our case#s are not found. I got the copy of the receipt from the attorney; so I have the correct case number.

Do anybody have any theories for this?

I applied for my 485 in March 2000. The automated system always says case not found. I have the correct receipt # from the INS notice. Anyone else seen this?
