anyone who filed for HHS research waiver could help with some clarification?

Questions:
1. How long did it take between filing the petition for HHS research waiver and the actual response?
2. Once such a waiver is approved I understand there is processing at USICA. How long did this take?
3. Thereafter I belive INS is processing and give the final decision. How long did this take?
4. From here, what are the steps to follow for greencard through employer?

Hhs Waiver

I have filed J1 waiver for my wife through HHS on Aug 20th and I assume is close to be approved.Then it will go to state dept(dont know how long that takes??).Will let u know
