My case I-140 was approved in Oct 3, 2005. For the past few days, LUD changed three time:
LUD
10/7 Receipt of FP result, resuming the process
10/14 No change in message
10/20 No change in message
10/21 No change in message
Is LUD change is good or bad as there's no change in message? Many Thanks for your help.
