Anyone used substitute LCA?

Hi Guys,

Does anyone has experience with using Substitute LCA? What are the chances of getting it denied?

In this case is 485 or CP is recommended?

Can I parallel file for 485 and I-140?

i think that if the labor is an exact match/ close match, u shouldnt have any problem .yes u can file for 140/485 parallely. by exact match i mean that u qualify for the original position in terms of experience and education as of the date the labor was filed. that means if the position asked for 2 yrs of experience in 2002 u should have had 2 yrs by 2002
