Anyone transferred to district offices?

I talked to an IIO and was told my and my wife cases were already transferred to Houston District Office. No news yet from the Houston District Office. Is there anybody who knows how long it takes a district office to notify an interview or something?

FP : May. 2000

My case was transfered to Tampa, Florida on 9th July 2002 with ND 4/2001 and I have not heard anything from TSC or local office yet. Generally speaking local transfer further delays the processing by several months and not considered a good sign.
