I got my H1 transefrerred to 2nd employer in Jul 2004. Applied for H4 pettetion approval on March 1st 2005. But our H1 and H4 visas expired in Dec 2004. That means my dependents have neithre H4 visas nor pettetion approval during Jan-Feb 2005. (Note: I am always on status)
1. Now will it cause any problem fi we go for Visa renewal at Laredo TX? We have appointment on Apr 6th 2006.
2. Do we need permit to enter LAREDO Mexico? How will we get permit to enter Mexico?3. I have a 2moths old infant who has got his SSN and Birht certificate COPY (ORIGINAL birth cert is with passport office)SSN will do to enter Mexico?
IS THERE ANY CONSULTANTS ( SOME ONE WITH NAME ROBERTO?) TO HELP IN TRANSPORTATION?
