Anyone sued FBI for the name checking dealy?

Hello everyone:
Might I ask if there is anyone sued FBI for the name checking delay recently? and if it is helpful for the speeding up the case process when we sue it?
I submitted I-485 on May 2005 after my I-140 got approved.
I appreciate any reply.

Haven't heard of suing FBI; I suggest you to look up "Writ of Mandamus" before messing with FBI.
